HOW WAS THE BLEND BORN?



To ensure the consistency of the quality of the blend in every cup, we carefully trace all aspects of its production, from selection to packaging, until it reaches you: the preparation is the final stage of this collaborative effort.

We carefully select and blend 9 distinct single origin Arabica coffees selected from the top 1% of coffee grown worldwide, which are then blended and roasted in our factory in Trieste, Italy.

 

WHAT DOES THE BLEND TASTE LIKE?



Our coffee has a smooth and perfectly balanced taste, with a characteristic equilibrium between acidity, bitterness and sweetness and is never bitter.
It has a wide and distinctive aromatic profile containing aromas of chocolate, caramel, toasted bread and nuts with fruity, flowery and smoky notes.
It is available in three different roasts: Classico (medium), Intenso (dark) and Forte (extra dark). Decaffeinated is also available in our Classico version.
