Mugaccino

INGREDIENTS & PREPARATION

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) fresh whole milk

“Less is more” doesn’t apply to the Mugaccino, a maxi-version of the caffelatte that likes to think big. Served in a coffee mug, this is a double espresso with as much foam as you like for a full cup of satisfaction.

  1. Prepare two espresso into a cup or pour pitcher and then add to a coffee mug.
  2. Froth the milk in a steaming pitcher, using the steam wand of your espresso machine
  3. Finish by pouring the frothed milk on top and serve
