Americano Coffee

• 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. (25 ml) espresso
• Hot water

Even the Italian espresso can be tempted by the American dream. When a bigger cup of coffee is in order, espresso teams up with boiling water, transforming into a drink to be enjoyed over time, and sipped at any time of day.

1. Prepare the espresso in a small cup

2. Fill a cappuccino cup with hot water (about 190 F, or 90 C) and add as much of the espresso as you prefer. Serve
